No Refund Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that all products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, in the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and satisfactorily.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Damage on Arrival: We accept exchanges only for products that arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any damage is observed.
- Notification Period: You must notify us of any damage within 3 days of receiving the product. Notifications made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.
- Proof of Damage: To initiate the exchange process, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. This helps us assess the extent of the damage and expedite the exchange process.
- Original Packaging: The damaged product must be returned to us in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included with the product.
- Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds for damaged products. Exchanges will be provided for the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.
Process for Exchange:
- Notification: Contact our customer service team to report the damage and initiate the exchange process.
- Verification: Our team will review the provided evidence of damage and assess the eligibility for exchange.
- Exchange Authorization: If the damage is confirmed and meets the criteria outlined in this policy, we will authorize the exchange and provide instructions for returning the damaged product.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
- Replacement Dispatch: Upon receiving the damaged product and verifying its condition, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at the earliest opportunity.
Exceptions:
This policy applies only to products that arrive damaged due to reasons beyond the control of the customer, such as manufacturing defects or mishandling during shipping. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper care is not eligible for exchange under this policy.
